Letter to Shareholders

2026.10.19

Dear Shareholders,

First and foremost, we would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued trust in Celltrion and your unwavering support and encouragement.

Having successfully achieved the performance targets we committed to through Q3 this year, we would like to share our progress to date, reaffirm our commitment to achieving our Q4 target, and outline our plans to further enhance shareholder value.

Every employee at Celltrion is doing their utmost, with a firm commitment to delivering on the promises we made to our shareholders this year.

▲ Progress Toward Our 2026 Performance Targets and Q4 Outlook

At the beginning of the year, we set quarterly operating profit targets of KRW 300 billion for Q1, KRW 400 billion for Q2, and KRW 500 billion for Q3. We successfully achieved each of these targets. This would not have been possible without the trust and support of our shareholders, who have continued to believe in Celltrion’s growth potential, and the dedication of our employees who have worked tirelessly to deliver on our commitments.

With only the final quarter of 2026 remaining, we are focusing all our efforts on achieving operating profit of at least KRW 600 billion in Q4 and fully delivering on our commitments for the year.

To this end, in early October, Chairman Seo Jung-jin convened a meeting with approximately 80 executives and sales leaders from Celltrion’s headquarters and local subsidiaries across key global markets, including North America, Europe, Asia and South America, to review sales performance and the business outlook. The meeting was held in Uzbekistan, a central location between these regions, to minimize travel time and enable management and sales leaders to efficiently assess market conditions and respond promptly.

Based on the review, we currently do not anticipate significant challenges in achieving our Q4 operating profit target, despite external factors such as the recent decline in exchange rates. However, with Q4 still underway, we will continue to closely monitor sales performance and market conditions through the end of the year.

Chairman Seo remains firmly committed to fulfilling our promise to shareholders by achieving the Q4 operating profit target. Beginning in mid-October, he plans to personally visit key markets around the world to review local operations and drive sales activities.

▲ Building a Foundation for Sustainable Growth and Delivering on Our Shareholder Return Commitment

Delivering on our commitments to shareholders is the starting point for building trust in the Company. At the same time, we remain firmly aware that strengthening Celltrion’s underlying fundamentals is essential to enhancing shareholder value.

Beyond achieving near-term financial targets, we will continue to strengthen our competitiveness by securing future growth drivers through novel drug development, efficiently allocating our R&D budget, reducing manufacturing costs, and improving productivity. Through these efforts, we aim to establish a solid foundation for sustainable earnings growth rather than relying on one-off gains.

We will also continue to faithfully implement our shareholder return policy. Based on our principle of returning approximately one-third of annual net income to shareholders through cash dividends and/or the cancellation of treasury shares, we will carefully consider shareholder feedback in determining the most appropriate approach. Celltrion will continue to ensure that the value created through the Company’s growth translates into tangible value for our shareholders.

Dear Shareholders,

As 2026 draws to a close, Celltrion will remain committed to delivering on our promises through the very end of the year, just as we have over the past three quarters. We will demonstrate our commitment not merely through words, but through results and actions.

Chairman Seo, together with the entire management team and all employees, will remain fully focused until we achieve our goals.

We sincerely ask for your continued trust and support for Celltrion.

Thank you.
